Directions
FROM NJ TURNPIKE (NORTH OR SOUTH) : Take Exit 15W - Route 280 West, Follow 280 West to Stickle drawbridge. Take exit for Route 21 North (Belleville), immediately after drawbridge. Follow directions for Route 21 North.
FROM LINCOLN TUNNEL (NYC) : Take Route 495 West to Route 3 West. Follow 3 West past Meadowland Complex, exit at Route 21 South Newark. Follow directions below for Route 21 South.
NORTHBOUND ON GARDEN STATE PARKWAY : Take Exit 150 (Hoover Ave., Belleville), just after the Essex Toll Plaza. Turn right at end of ramp unto Hoover Avenue. Follow road (with cemetery on right) and make right at traffic light onto Joralemon Street. Follow Joralemon Street until next light, and turn right onto Franklin Avenue. You will pass Wendy's and a firehouse. At the 2nd large driveway after firehouse, turn right into the driveway. Follow circle halfway around and proceed to parking area at rear of grounds, looking for sign for Northwest Essex Community Healthcare Network. We are a 5-story red brick building adjacent to the parking lot.
SOUTHBOUND ON GARDEN STATE PARKWAY : Take Exit 149 (Belleville Avenue, Belleville), just after Essex Toll Plaza. Turn right at stop sign, proceed to 1st traffic light and turn right onto Belleville Avenue. Proceed straight for about one mile, going thru 2 traffic lights and past Shell station on right. Look for Carpenter Street on left, then immediately after this street, make left onto driveway and then halfway around circle, until you see Northwest Essex Community Healthcare Network sign and parking area. We are a 5-story red brick building adjacent to the parking lot.
NORTHBOUND ON ROUTE 21 : Take Mill Street Exit (Exit 5), bearing left off exit ramp. Follow service road approximately 1/2 mile until you come to 2nd traffic light in front of Wallace-Tiernan Company. Turn left at light. *Proceed to 1st light (Washington Avenue). Turn right and continue to intersection of Washington and Belleville Avenues (2nd light). Turn left at this light and proceed on Belleville Avenue for about 1 and 1/2 mile until 3rd traffic light, with golf course on your right. Turn right onto Franklin Avenue and continue for about 1/4 mile until 1st left turn into driveway across from golf course parking lot. Look for sign that reads Northwest Essex Community Healthcare Network. Follow road halfway around circle until you see back parking area adjacent to our 5-story, red brick building.
SOUTHBOUND ON ROUTE 21 : Take Mill Street Exit (Exit 5). Bear right off exit ramp and continue straight thru traffic with Wallace-Tiernan Company on right-hand side. Follow directions above beginning with the section marked *
